Pool training

Join our programmed pool sessions to progress disciplines, improve breathhold, and underwater skills in a safe setting. Certified beginners and all levels are welcome.

Coached and uncoached pool training is located in Marrickville and Randwick on weekdays. There will be an instructor, assistant instructor, or experienced member present to ensure the safety of participants.

The fee paid to the club cover the cost of lane hire and pool entry, with an exception at Marrickville where you pay pool entry separately (fitness passes may cover your entry for Inner West pools!).

Become a member and then contact us to express your interest to join pool training. If you're already a member, book training below or on the app.
